Actronis Berkelland Rally Returns with Spectacular Winter Rally Action

Historic Rally Return in the Netherlands

The Actronis Berkelland Rally returned on 13 December 2025 after a six year absence.

The rally took place around Eibergen and became a historic motorsport event.

It was the first rally in the Netherlands ever held during December. The event closed the Dutch rally season in spectacular fashion.

A total of 101 crews entered the rally. Fans packed the spectator areas despite cold winter conditions.

Drivers faced six demanding stages featuring both tarmac and gravel sections. By the finish, 29 crews had retired.

Bernhard ten Brinke Dominates Home Rally

Local favourite Bernhard ten Brinke and co driver Tom Woodburn controlled the rally from the opening kilometres.

Driving a Škoda Fabia RS Rally2, the pair won all six stages during the event.

Ten Brinke built a thirty one second lead before the first service stop. He never lost control afterwards.

The home hero secured overall victory with a total time of 33:09.7. The result delighted local spectators in Eibergen.

Strong Performances Across the Podium

Second place went to Jasper van den Heuvel and Martine van den Heuvel.

The married duo delivered a composed drive in their Citroën C3 Rally2. They finished 58.07 seconds behind the winners.

Newly crowned NRK champion Dennis Rostek and co driver Tobias Braun completed the podium.

Their Škoda Fabia RS Rally2 crossed the finish in third overall with a time of 34:16.1.

RC3 and Historic Classes Deliver Highlights

One of the rally’s standout performances came from Willem Wouter Overbeek and Renaldo Lier.

The duo won the RC3 category in their Renault Clio Rally3 and finished ninth overall.

Their result placed them ahead of several more powerful RC2 cars.

Elbert Deij and Martin Nortier secured the NC2 class victory.

Fans also enjoyed a historic rally icon during the event. Antonie Biesheuvel and Willem Vissenberg won the HC1 class in a legendary BMW M3 E30.

Driver of the Day and Impressive Debuts

The Actronis Driver of the Day award went to Yannic Vrielink and Harm van Koppen.

Their aggressive performance in a Ford Fiesta Rally2 secured fourth overall and strong support from fans.

Another impressive story came from Jeroen Klein Kromhof. He completed his first rally in a Rally2 car.

Together with Marlon Krieger, he finished sixth overall in a Škoda Fabia Rally2 EVO.

Winter Rallying Proves a Major Success

The 2025 Actronis Berkelland Rally delivered excitement, strong competition, and huge spectator interest.

Support from Actronis helped create a memorable comeback for the event.
