Belgian Rally Championship Visits Alle sur Semois
The Belgian Rally Championship visited Alle sur Semois with its Division 2 category.
The rally featured a compact entry list with only a small number of competitors. Three Rally2 cars entered the event.
Sunny weather created excellent conditions for competitors and spectators throughout the rally weekend.
Maxime Potty Controls the Rally
Maxime Potty entered the event as the clear favourite.
The Belgian driver delivered a dominant performance across all ten stages. Potty secured victory after winning every single stage.
His pace remained unmatched from the opening kilometres until the final finish line.
Tight Fight for Second Position
While Potty controlled the rally, an intense battle developed behind him.
Roger Hodenius fought closely with Bjorn Syx throughout the event.
Hodenius competed in a Škoda Fabia Rally2 while Syx drove a Toyota GR Yaris Rally2.
The fight ended dramatically after Hodenius and co driver Robin Buysmans retired with mechanical problems.
Syx therefore inherited second position and completed a strong result.
Historic Rally Cars Delight Fans
The event also featured the famous demonstration field from the Ardennes Rally Festival.
Fans enjoyed a large collection of historic rally machinery during the weekend.
Legendary cars appeared in both original and replica form throughout the stages.
Among the highlights were iconic Lancia Delta S4 rally cars alongside classic Ford Capri and Opel Manta models.
Successful Rally Weekend in Belgium
The combination of modern rally action and historic demonstrations created a memorable atmosphere in Alle sur Semois.
Sunny weather and passionate fans completed another successful edition of the Ardennes Rally Festival.
